In the middle of Stockholm city, in historic buildings from 1699 is the beautiful Hotel Skeppsholmen. The two longhouses that house the hotel today were built from reused material from buildings and ruins around Sweden that for one reason or another were no longer in use. As early as 1699, the foundation was thus laid for the vision I want to create today, where sustainability is the focus. In 2009, the historic buildings had been carefully converted into hotels. Together with Stockholm-based architects Claesson Koivisto Rune, a refuge for all senses was created. With a beautiful location at the water's edge and a view of Stockholm, the hotel has a thoroughly Swedish concept in food, design, music and fashion.
